The TOP 200 Generali agents gathered in Sorrento

The Global Agent Excellence Contest was launched in 2016 to celebrate the most innovative agents in terms of digital adoption, data collection and new approaches to market.

• This is the second edition of the contest and this year involved 100,000 agents in 20 markets and 22 business units across Europe, Asia and Latin America, who engaged in local competitions between September 2017 and March 2018, followed by a Champions League format to select the 10 finalists.
• The Champions League panel consisted of 5 Generali Group Management Committee members (Marco Sesana, Jean-Laurent Granier, Giovanni Liverani, Luciano Cirinà and Frédéric de Courtois).

The Grand Finale was attended by the global top 200 agents, the Generali Group CEO, Philippe Donnet, and Heads of Sales from 20 markets. All 260 guests voted on Generali’s best agent.

11-re növekszik a közép-kelet-európai regionális központ által kiszolgált országok száma

A nemzetközi Generali Csoport jelenlegi struktúrájában az osztrák leányvállalat az EMEA (Európa, Közel-Kelet és Afrika) régió része. A jövő év elejétől azonban Ausztria csatlakozásával a közép-kelet-európai regionális központ (Generali CEE Holding) 11 ország munkájáért lesz felelős, ahol a Generali Csoport összesen több mint 16 000 alkalmazottat foglalkoztat, és 2016-ban 6 milliárd euró árbevételt generált. 2013 óta a Generali CEE Holdingot Luciano Cirinà vezeti.

„Az új regionális struktúra új lehetőséget teremt mind Ausztriának, mind a régió eddigi 10 tagjának. Az átalakítás lehetővé teszi, hogy új, határokon átnyúló fejlesztéseket is megvalósítsunk a régióban élő közel 15 millió ügyfelünk számára. Ez a lépés támogatja a Generali Csoport azon stratégiai célját, hogy egyszerűbb, okosabb és gyorsabb működést valósítsunk meg”

Az osztrák Generalit mostantól két izgatósági tag képviseli a Generali CEE Holding igazgatóságában

• Megtartva osztrák pozíciójukat Walter Kupec a CEE régió biztosítási üzletmenetért felelős igazgatója (Chief Insurance Officer – CInsO) lesz, míg Thomas Plank az operációs igazgatói (COO) posztot tölti be a Generali CEE Holding tagjaként.
• 2018. január 1-jétől ugyancsak csatlakozik a Generali CEE Holding igazgatóságához Miroslav Singer, aki a Cseh Nemzeti Bank korábbi vezetője, jelenleg pedig a Generali CEE Holding intézményi ügyekért felelős igazgatója és a szervezet vezető közgazdásza, emellett pedig a Česká pojišťovna felügyelőbizottságának elnöke.
• Ilics László, megtartva a magyar Generali Biztosítónál betöltött biztosítási üzletmenetért felelős vezérigazgató-helyettesi pozícióját, a Generali CEE Holding igazgatóságának új tagjaként a régió értékesítési stratégiájáért felelős igazgatója lesz.
